Dr. Margius graduated from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1977. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1983. He interned at the Gesell Institute in New Haven, CT. A past president of the Laurel Bicycle Club and an active cyclist, he enjoys the Connecticut flats, hills, and valleys. A past president of the Milford Rotary Club, he is the 'unofficial rogue photographer' for the club with many of his 'candids' on the MilfordRotary.org website. A Cantor at Christ Redeemer Church in Milford, he and his wife, Sue, are active parishioners enjoying the community, fellowship, and spirituality of the parish.

Dr. Margius enjoys practicing Optometry and frequently lectures on Vision Care. He resides in Milford with his wife, Sue, and their dog Bonnie. Their two children are college students. Andy is a Junior at Duke University and Deanna is a Sophomore at Wake Forest University.
